At KaitenLab, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected stationery and tools to you reliably and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures for Notebooks & Planners, Writing Instruments, and Measurement Tools.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally to most countries. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email will allow you to monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot predict or control these charges. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. KaitenLab is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging your items, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. For packages lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will assist in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
